Apply pressure and heat or cold simultaneously to help reduce
pain cause by injury, tension or fatigue. Ideal for sprained, strained,
pulled or sore muscles. Pliable gel molds to body contours. Will not leak
if punctured, making it ideal for use on athletic fields. Provides
excellent transfer of heat for moist heat therapy, heat wrap in microwave
or conventional oven. For cold therapy, store in freezer. Gel remains
flexible to -20°F. Durable, washable, stretchable nylon outer fabric.
